Dear Sir/Madam

As you will probably know, recently your store has started stocking Disney Winnie-The-Pooh mugs as one of its products. Due to the appearance of this product, the Pembroke College Winnie-The-Pooh Society would like to express its thoughts on such a controversial matter.

The society feels that Disney's claim to the Winnie-The-Pooh stories has reduced the appreciation of A. A. Milne's original masterpiece. As the product in question depicts Disney's artwork, rather then E. H. Shepard's, it would seem likely that this is not helping the situation. We would therefore like to suggest that this product be withdrawn from stock and possibly be replaced with one more closely related original works.

I hope this matter can be resolved soon. If you wish to discuss it further, a representative would be welcome to attend our next meeting.

Thank you for your time and trouble.

Yours faithfully
Pembroke College Winnie-The-Pooh Society
