Extraordinary Elevenses Meeting of the Pembroke College Winnie-the-Pooh Society

In which we are in another meeting at some sort of dancing thing.

Held on Sunday the 1st of March 2009 at IVFDF 2009, Exeter University.

Present – Ed, Alicia, Rachel, Will, Roseanna, Sundry Folkies.
Later present – Ignatius and Carol.

10.58am Meeting opened (it almost was Elevenses).
  1. We are in the reps meeting.
  2. We are adamantly not wanting IVFDF 2011 to be in Cambridge.
  3. It seems to have been successfully avoided.
  4. Folky bureaucracy ends.
  5. Motion to not do all the normal meeting stuff (i.e. read previous week’s minutes and have a reading). 3-1-2-0. Failed. Thank-you Will *glare*.
  6. Enter Carol and Ignatius.
  7. Motion to suspend the meeting until we have somewhere lunchy to sit around and have a proper meeting. 4-1-1-0.
  8. No normal meeting stuff. 3-0-1-0. We vote while Will is elsewhere and so cannot prevent us doing so.
  9. There is tea and also biscuits – proper Poohsoc, maybe.
  10. I balance my teaspoon on my nose. Hurrah.
  11. Close meeting. 2-0-1-0.
