2. The 9 ½ anniversary dinner
   • Menu - final decision menu 11 (£20.75 ex. VAT)
   • Speaker - who should we have
   • Prices - different for students and non-students, drinking and non-drinking, speaker free
   • A free non-drinking, non-eating, non-seating ticket for Neil Marquis-Herche
   • Do we want a photographer - probably not
   • Pre-dinner drinks - no where we can really hold them
   • Seating Plan
   • Black tie
   • Printed menus
   • Non-alcoholic drinks will be available
   • Not suitable for children, we will leave it up to parents to make arrangements for their children
   • Honorary members to be invited
   • All committee members are stewards
   • How will it be announced - Email, set up an alumni list to do this
   • First come - first served as we only have 60 places, based on when Owen receives the cheques
   • People can only bring one guest
   • Cheques made payable to the Society but sent to Owen: Passed
   • Speeches: Current president, a founding member and the speaker
   • Society anthem
   • Reading - possible part of a chapter
   • Contingency plan if not enough tickets are sold

   • Everyone wants to take Roz to the committee and the dinner
   • If Neil becomes drunk and disorderly at the dinner we will get the porters to chuck him out
