This Rat & Parrot isn't on Downing Street, which is convient as that would be a bit of a detour. However this one is very close to the Pickerel which is also on the bridge crawl

For this reason the first bridge crawl never stopped here (even though it was part of the advertised route) and it was then removed from the route for the second.
